I recently tried the Classic Cheeseburger from Burger Haven, and here's my take on it:

A nice place with not so good experience!

Lot of seating available. Inside area was clean. You can also sit outside. Though the outside areas was not cleaned till after 12 noon on weekend and friendships day.

Service was too slow. Even when there were lot many staff the service was slow for fast food joint. It must have taken 15+ mins for serving our order when restaurant was not occupied. Also burger and fries were served cold as they were preparing coffee which took ages.

We had veggies whopper meal. Burger was nice and filling. Fries were not crispy and were cold. Also had few pcs which were not fresh. Veena Ketchup was not good. We had also ordered cappuccino. The coffee was not nice. No flavour. When we gave feedback, it was informed that they have organic beans and they taste like that only. So they can’t help it.

I felt that vibe was not there. The place was good, Team was there, but there...

Really great experience at this new Burger King it offered such a great ambience which was so positive, simplistic and well-lit. The quality as well as the taste of the food is excellent. The manager Mr.Sushant Rathor also took care of each customer's needs individually. The food also is great value for money as we got a burger, Pepsi and sundae ice cream @ Rs.148.00 per person.
