Hotel Nisarga Nx — Restaurant in Thane

This is the latest experience of nisarga nx. I am usually not a fan of criticizing any place but today I experienced the worse of the experience. I had gone to this restaurant alone for some ME time and had some drinks but well under limits. I had specifically said not to get packaged drinking water and instead use the regular tap filtered water. Still they tired to charge 30 rupees over and above the usual bill. When I asked why it's added the server said it's been adjusted. When I asked how is it adjusted ( co it was not mentioned in the bill) he said the total s thisbill does consider the packaged water. On arguing further on it the manager came and deducted the said amount from the bill. Now my question is does this not equate to committing a act of fraude with its own customers with a prior knowledge of over billing the customer. That too, when i frequent this place many times a month? If a lone person comes and has drinks then does the management have the right to fleece that customer for a mere 30-40 rupees. What if the bill was paid without checking. This is a act of fraude and I would recommend all who visit this place to check the bill miraculously. And if u r alone having a drink or two then check the bill twice

Been a fan of nisarga nx for a while now. But the experience I had faced today was very insulting. I had ordered chicken khichdi which is very unique and you don't see it usually in any menu. What we got is thick chicken gravy without rice mixed in it. When asked the reason the audacity of the server was to show us rice in the preparation which was not there.

That has really pissed me off. They seem to have a different attitude towards people to enjoy drinks and then supply something that is not expected and then pray that you buy their argument on providing the correct order.

I dessit their stand and would like to get to your attention that if you are not served as per your expectations then u need to raise your concerns. I have been a regular over that place and if I am getting fooled then anyone else can easily be victimised.

Yeah, it was good. Actually we had so many families together for the family party Celebration. We enjoyed it...all snacks and food quality was owesome, I liked it all... juices and Mocktails were good. 😊 I'm a pure vegetarian so.. I ordered everything Veg for me..I liked it I enjoyed it.... Thanks for the nice ambience. God bless you always.

Yeah, I want to give a small advice to Hotel Nisarg Nx, Everything was good but decoration and lighting must be changed and made to the next level... Because I have seen very beautiful hotels and very beautiful lighting and decorations with flowers and vases and walls hanging and frames with positive thoughts and energy... painting on the wall... owesome....Hotels rank on each and every point, and it must.. because when we enter we see the view of the hotel first, then we sit...we see the ambience given to us, then food and beverages quality, then while leaving we get warm regards from them so as they ask us to visit again....so..all get points...Ato Z.... I see and observe each and every point..and feel to put it in feedback, reviews so as everyone must know before entering the place.. whether it's of their choice or not....

Hotel Nisarga is a beautiful place for Family and friends for party or hanging out...... as it is a bar and family restaurant its pretty good for both who do drink and ppl who do not also its veg and non-veg restaurant so you have many options.... also it provides many cuisines Chinese Indian all the types of Indian food food quality is very good and mouth watering dishes they do have a separate section for family isolated from drinkers section so you may not have to worry about it they also have very great area for children to play also has small garden you have to ask manager is you can use that And for now who take drinks there are two sections which are covered as well as open in the ground so you can smoke inside the eating area itself and do not have to go here and there for smoking all the types of drinks are available till black dog all the beers are available also corona the place of the hotel is so good that you keep on drinking without anyone bothering you the parking area is pretty big so do not worry about it so i specially recommend for friends and family to enjoy this restaurant once thank you very...
