Café Coffee Day — Restaurant in Thane

Excellent location to have sit with friends or for a business meeting. The food available here is good for light snacks and coffee is also good. The overall ambience is welcoming. Parking is an issue as we need to manage it on our own. Interiors are not bad. It is not so crowded and one can easily get sitting space. The CCD service has always impressed and this store’s wasn’t any different. The employees here are so kind and nice they make your day. This is the best best best place to visit. The coffee and food here are nice. The atmosphere is very positive and especially the staff working here are very kind, polite, professional, friendly, sweet and honest. The staff respects your privacy so that if you're working or having a meeting, they don't come repeatedly to disturb you about the order or anything. There's an incident that happened to me 2 days back, I was sitting and working there for approx 4 hours and I left the cafe ( it was quite crowded at that time) but I forgot my expensive earphones on the couch, then after almost 3hours I remembered about my earphones, I went back there with almost zero hopes and I was glad I found my earphones on the same place where I left them. So today i had quite a crappy experience at Cafe coffee day. Staff just interested in chilling (see photo) took 20 mins to make a cappuccino. they served it with a plastic spoon to stir it (which i didn't want to use) I returned the plastic spoon & requested a steel spoon, the guy just walked in & sat down to chilll with his buddies inside.
