Starbucks Hiranandani Meadows — Restaurant in Thane

Basically , this place doesn’t deserve a single star …cold hearted and rude employees especially Jagruti..I am a gold member of Starbucks and regular visitor ,today i decided to visit the meadows branch with my mom and son ..my son always buys some or the other Starbucks merchandise today post his food he was checking the sipper as he wanted to buy one from the summer collection…He was only reading and immediately Jagruti came to take the sipper from his hand standing little far from him and while hi ring the sipper he fell down as he slipped from his chair and his head got banged to merchandise stand leaving a big bump near the eyebrow …god saved his eyes and to my surprise Jagruti picked up the sipper and not the child and didn’t even bother to check if the kid is ok or not ..she was only bothered about the sipper and started checking..when I questioned she didn’t even apologies and was not even sorry , when I checked his head it was a big blue bump and only when I asked for the ice pack they said no ice pack available then I asked some ice …my question is what if something severe would have happened..who would be accountable for ..then when I asked for the managers number ..the staff said there is no manager available ..I saw the number displayed on the tissue rack and I kept calling to Mr Arun Kumar …he too didn’t answer the call and not even called back …I am an ex Tata employee I know what kind of treatment Tata gives to it’s customer and I also know how kids are treated at a Tata store but this happens to be very shocking , no empathy, no apology only big attitude of rudeness …Mr CEO Sushant Dash ,kindly look into this as the inhuman behaviour will not only reduce the merchandise sale at your store but will also impact the footfalls...

Well just visited twice, once to see the menu and second time to use the space reading, writing & talking while having an Americao Black. Found the Cafe ambient with well hygiene and up to the standards as per the well known brand, Pricing's accurate, the staff's where perfect where girl's played amazing role to try keep the secret of the star bucks blend. But found that the Coffee taste the same like commonly available in India, as per the knowledge Americans like to drink coffee in huge mug to satisfy their needs and it's obvious if you use the Pre Brewed Coffee with Hot Water. Well 5 stars are for everything I found out there and Believe this brand has become more convenient and modernized to fit for the Indian's the way we have McDonald's commonly available everywhere... Tucked away on the ground floor, this Starbucks may not be the biggest in town, but it manages to offer a comfortable seating arrangement with just enough tables for small groups or solo visitors. One thing I noticed was that the layout doesn’t allow for much privacy — it feels a bit too open, which might not suit everyone looking for a quiet corner to work or relax.

Cleanliness was generally good, but there’s room for improvement, especially during busier hours.

a couple of items were unavailable during my visit, which was a slight letdown.

Overall, it’s a reliable pit stop for a short catch-up or quick meet and want a quick, no-fuss...
