I had ordered a birthday cake for my Mom's birthday on 28th May'22. I was charged Rs6000 for the cake and Rs. 400 for the customized cake topper with receipt no 132. The hangout person had delivered the cake at the party venue. When we opened the cake for cutting it was tilted on one side as the base was broken. Also the customized cake topper was just a normal one available in the market.( I had shared the pic of topper what I wanted and so was told that the cahrge will be different). My expectation is that if I am charged exorbitantly like this then the service also has to be to the mark. This was not expected from a brand like Hangout. People please think twice before placing an order...
