Cheelizza India Ka Pizza — Restaurant in Thane

Hopefully this review is taken as positive criticism, and not in as a panic-inducing alarm. My recent review of this place was 3 years ago. A majority of good reviews about cheelizza were roughly 2-3 years ago. The pizza has it's unique taste, and the quantity that came within 700rs (2 large pizzas, just under 700rs. For comparison, pizza hut gives one large pizza under 600). It was a total lifesaver. Instead of preparing food + cooking + washing the dishes, etc. we preferred to order 2 pizzas + one stuffed crust + garlic bread under 1k almost on a weekly basis. Our family alone, would give them at least 3 orders per month, from 2019-2021. (I built up quite a lot of weight, but it was worth the taste😅). However, you can't buy the B.O.G.O. offer on Zomato anymore for large, normal pizzas. You get the offer on thin-crusts, large and medium sized pizzas. While they've certainly expanded their once small menu, it came with the price of losing great deals. To conclude the review: please bring the offer back. It would be a blessing if it's brought back, and it would pull back a lot of customers who liked the flavour+quantity....

Update May'22 - Ordered 2 large pizza from Zomato under Buy 1 get 1 offer. 2 large Pizzas in Rs.700! 😍 Nothing more you can ask for! Toppings tasty, Pizza fresh & cheesy. They also send ketchup sachets. The packaging was attractive & top notch.

Earlier Reviews - Cheeliza has a wonderful inclusive menu. Includes Pastas, Garlic Breads, Beverages, Pizza, fries and stuffed crust pizza. We had ordered pizza and garlic bread once. Pizza was yummy and fresh. I didn't like garlic bread much as the bread's sides were too crunchy and firm.

When we visited the outlet, we had ordered Stuffed crust pizza and cheesy fries. Fries awesome. Stuffed crust pizza had got soggy due to stuffing. Maybe due to powercut. Our bad luck 😅 will obviously give another try. All in all a good place to visit and not much...

All the outlets of Cheelizza really really need to work on their DELIVERY TIME. I tried ordering from almost all the outlets but within the vicinity of 1-3km they take almost 50-55 minutes to deliver ONE PIZZA . I request all the outlets to please work on your delivery time and provide contact details of delivery person for customers reference as whenever I called outlet after waiting for 40 minutes they mentioned that the delivery guy is out with delivery so further they can not help with our orders. So only option left with customer is to wait or generate refund (as there is no option of COD through EatVeg by Cheelizza app) Overall taste and quality, quantity of pizza is nice but please...
