The ambience is very good. Tried to create village like atmosphere with a twist of modern look. There is water spray like fog every 5 min. Food is very good taste and quality wise. Price is comparable to any other restaurant on Ghodbunder Road. Somethings which could be improved are managing customers with tables. There were many people waiting outside, but overlooking them we went directly inside and saw more waiting area with more crowd waiting. I tried looking for a manager but no person was there as a manager so I caught a waiter and asked him for table instead. He didn't had a clue and all the tables on ground floor were full, so I asked him if there are more tables above. He said yes, so I went directly up on first floor and saw an empty table. Asked another waiter if the table is not reserved and it was not, so we sat there, helped ourselves with the table catching stuff. Well lucky for us, but the thing can't be ignored that there is not proper management for managing tables. Second, the table at which we were sitting was not properly built. A wooden part was bit out, so people going with kids should specially watch out as at the time we went, there were many people with small kids. Third, there are 4 or more types of table arrangements as part of their ambience. Some are like inside bird's nest where 6-8 people can fit, some are having khats like dhabha style, some are having sofa style sitting of 3 people and some are having jute chairs. Although chairs are good as in, more people can be added to a table using more chairs, I believe to get true village style atmosphere, there should be no table with chairs by default and instead of sofas of chairs they can...

The entrance door is majestic and once you enter, you have a different seating to choose from. They have the dhaba style beds as seating, chairs are also available. They also have an AC section. It's best to reserve your seat to get best seating experience.

Quality: No comments on the food. Frankly I loved the food. The only disconnect was the Sizzler that got served with slightly extra salt and the staff agreed to change it. Also the BBQ wings has a Desi touch to it. It's similar chicken lollipops than the wings. Quality: ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
Quantity: The portion is enough to be shared between two. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Read moreOur dinner at Chulha Village turned out to be a deeply disappointing experience. We ordered Chicken Lollipop, Paneer Crispy, and Thai Chicken Crispy as starters, but the taste, particularly of the Chicken Lollipop, was far below expectations.
For the main course, we opted for Jwari Bhakri, Chicken Handi Desi (Malvani style), and specifically requested the food to be less spicy, considering my son and I prefer milder flavors. Unfortunately, our request was completely ignored, as the dishes were excessively spicy, making them almost inedible. The quality of the chicken was also substandard and fell far below what one would expect from a fine dining establishment.
Even the simplest dish, Dal Khichdi, which should provide comfort and satisfaction, was a letdown. It lacked flavor and quality, making it one of the most disappointing aspects of the meal.
While the restaurant offers live singers and decent ambience, the core of any dining experience—the food—was severely lacking. Simply making dishes spicy does not equate to making them tasty.
To add to the frustration, the service left much to be desired, with staff showing little attention to detail or care for customer satisfaction. We paid a hefty bill of approximately ₹2450, but the food and service did not justify the price in any way.
I strongly urge the management to focus on improving the quality of their food and service. Ambience alone cannot compensate for a lackluster...
