Domino’s Pizza | Kailash Nagar, Thane — Restaurant in Thane

I placed an order on 15th sep at 3:04 pm which was delivered at 3:53pm i.e after an hour in the worst condition. The box seal was open, toppings spread all over the place, pizza was dead cold . The sight of it made me throw up. Surely they sent a stale pizza!! When complained the executive from store calls stating “ flow jyada tha” so flow jyada tha toh sadaa hua pizza deliver kardenge ??? and then without my consent refunds my money to dominos wallet. Now the wallet has an validity which if I dont use it by then expires and these crooks would get to eat it up without having to actually refund. So either ways they are at an advantage.Raised so many complaints , wrote to guestcare email id no response. to top it they shamelessly close the issue stating manager tried to reach you were not reachable.Pathetic and utterly disgusting customer service levels.I wont let these liars get away so...

The worst Dominos experience ever. My order number was 108 and 110 on 25th Feb evening. I went there with my family and we were 12 people. We reached around 9.50 pm was damn hungry.

The order has to be given via app since the ordering machines were not working. The AC wasn't working and we were getting baked inside the restaurant. After several requests they opened the door for ventilation. The staff was least interested to serve. Everything had be asked. Tissue paper, ketchup, seasoning. Every single thing has to be asked other counter. Since it was a lil late the pizzas were badly presented. Like it was baked just for the sake of it. There were no glasses to drink the cold drink.

Even after complaining the entire staff gave no response. Not a single work from their mouth.

I visited this Domino’s outlet with the same expectations I usually have from other branches, but unfortunately, it turned out to be the worst experience. I would not want to visit this place again. The atmosphere was very poor, there were only three tables into a small space, all left dirty and uncleared. Hygiene was completely lacking, and the service was extremely disappointing. The staff seemed more focused on arguing with each other than attending to customers. The food tasted fine but the lack of cleanliness makes me hard to trust. I feel this should be taken into consideration, and proper improvements...
