Hotel Capitol — Hotel in Thane

The hotel is absolutely pathetic. ||1. My intercom did not work and to get it replaced it took nearly 3hours||2. No good food options in breakfast. No fruits, sandwich etc. Pathetic food quality||3. The room quality is worst. The wall painting is wearing out. ||4. Kettle for tea/ coffee is not clean at all. Rather it has stale tea prepared in it without the kettle being clean||5. The kitchen main guy is pathetic. He forgets and messes the order everytime. Not good service at all||6. The main door keys of many rooms does not work. Have to go reception everytime you want the door to be opened||7. No good channels on tv also. Cost saving to the max||8. The wifi is not good. It is not constant and takes multiple attempt for a connection.||||All in all would not recommend this hotel to...

Worst hotel to stay.. had a pathetic experience. Firstly don't rely on the front office staff for early checkin.. me my wife along with our baby were kept waiting for 4 hour in the lobby and to add to it the baby was hungry.. it doesn't end here. The hotel is under renovation and it's nowhere mentioned, we were finally alloted a room that to a wrong room, I had booked a suit cathegory and was given a deluxe room, fortunately I happened to check the cathegory of rooms they had, the horror begins when we were sent to a freshly painted room where because of the strong paint smell my baby had to be nebulizer.. it's sad to see our little one suffer due to the utmost negligence of the property.. please don't come to this...

Had been to Capitol Hotel to attend a small party.Location is just besides Majiwada flyover (below the one going towards GB road) so you can expect traffic noise if you are facing the road during your stay or party.The catering food was decent and tasty.The banquet hall was small for conducting small party for say 50 odd people and the buffet was arranged in the adjacent terrace which I felt was good to divide the crowd!
