Pizza Hut | Cinewonder, Thane, Mumbai — Restaurant in Thane

Me and my wife went to this Cinewonder’s pizza hut outlet on 31-March-24 @ 10:30 pm and we had pathetic experience on same day. There was Not at all cleanliness maintain at this outlet. So many used tissue papers lying around all the flooor, When i highlighted this to one of the waiter then he stared cleaning the floor😡 There were so many mosquitos in the outlet🤬 Also one more strange thing we noticed that they just switched-off the AC on 11 pm sharp when there were few families having their pizza😓when we asked manager to turn on the AC then they said its not in our hands it is managed by our Technical team, hence we had to finish our half of the pizza under hot climate without any ventilation and surrounded by many mosquitos🤬 I request this outlet’s Owner/ Manager please Take these things very seriously otherwise SHUT DOWN your...

It was the worst experience. I wanted to eat meal for one, where I had a choice of Pizza, Garlic bread and ice cream or Pepsi. One girl come to me I placed order she told me sir you will not get ice cream, I asked her why she told me sir nahi milega muze nahi pata q. I said ok then she went. Then another guy comes there after 2 minutes I asked him can I place a order he said yes and then I asked him can I get a ice cream he said yes. I was okay for it I don’t say anything to that girl. Then he bring ice cream after I finish my pizza that ice cream was that worse it was like Dahi. This Pizza Hut outlet has been one of my favourites since a very long time and for the very first time I was disappointed with them. I had ordered for a Veggie Feast Pizza (stuffed crust - Cheese Maxx) via Zomato.

Firstly, my order almost took 45 minutes to get delivered because of which the pizza went cold. Secondly, the size was quite smaller than usual with very less toppings. Thirdly, the pizza base didn’t have the cheese stuffing in it for which I had paid extra.

The pizza may look tempting in the picture but believe me it wasn’t worth it. I paid ₹334 for it. I also complained to Zomato’s customer care, shared live videos with them yet they couldn’t help me as the Pizza...
