Gazal Restaurant — Restaurant in Thane

Gazal Garden Restaurant is located near balkum pada , this place is for everyone for family , friends , mostly people come here to drink alcohol , you can bring your alcohol from outside and drink here but there is charge of ₹50 per person . Here you will get hookah too .. Plus poit of this place is there is live music so you can enjoy your food and drinks too with live music . There is good place for parking your vehicle. Food was good .. but service was so late. If you order anything they will take so much time. Co-ordination between staff was not so good and staff was less that's why the mess was happening about late services . They should increase their staff for good service . Ambiance was good and food too .. But services was so late .

If they increase their staff for good service then this will be really awesome...

Very bad restaurant & service is 3rd class level, i order chana Koliwada before 1 hour but order not coming i'm go to the counter & ask him where is my order he told me your order is not comming because there police problem but i also tell him but i order 3 diffrent dish but your person send me only 2 dish. you send me 3 rd dish. he said you pay first bill i am give your order i say ok & his person send me chana koliwada after 5 to 10 minitus but this dish condision oh my god and i am return dish & leave the restaurant because this dish is allready used to other coustmer. i share this dish image but i request plz dont go this tyeps of...

It has changed a lot compared to what it was earlier. I had been here recently with my friends. We ordered chicken lollypop and it was not fresh at all, was smelling stinky . But they replaced it with another one ( the whole dish ) After ordering 2-3 masala papad after sometime we wanted to order another one & they said sorry sir our 'sev' stock is finished.( So no masala papad) .

We ordered some other dishes - Mandeli fry 💯❤️ which was good (400 rs)

Cheese garlic naan was not upto the mark ,it wasn't toasted properly was not that crispy.

No music on week days.
