Harish Kitchen — Restaurant in Thane

They home delivered a burnt murg musallam today afternoon. I was the first one to order today. Upon complaining and returning half the sample on the evening,,the manager gave the sample back to same kitchen from which it was prepared for inspection.Cook ,of course , didn’t acknowledge his mistake and said it doesn’t have burnt smell and instead it has a tandoori .Such a lame excuse since I have been regular customer there since 4 years and have ordered this dish many times. Thoroughly disappointed by the experience and insensitive ness of the manager( has the shamelessness to say, « I will definitely offer you discount next time you visit us 😊 » ) . My experience won’t hamper your ratings, but I am sure , you will at some point of time realise that you should believe your customers as well. Thanks...

Small hotel that serves lip smacking food. I would have loved to give 5 stars purely on the basis of taste & quality of food but the 1 star is deducted cos we specifically asked them for less spicy food which the waiter very politely forgot to inform to his cook and since we were supremely hungry so dint asked him to replace as well. But honestly taste & quality of food is amazing. We tried mutton malvani masala, chicken agri katta masala, prawn biryani, naan, tandoori roti . Everything was very good. On 24th July @1.30 pm we have take away 2 dishesh Pomplet Fry and mutton curry from this reastarunt. But God save both the dishesh cooked were very horrible!! Even the Pomplet fry was stinking badly and not fresh!! Also the Mutten curry was horrible and made in north Indian sweet masala!! Who eats such mutten curry that to on KOLSHET road area?? Just minting money seems to be AIM of owner. But sure that was my LAST order from this restaurant!!! Why stars cant be given on negative side,...
