Treebo Premium Heritage Grand - Majiwada Thane — Hotel in Thane

Staff is rude and non supportive. This was a non functional hotel for over 5 years which is recently renovated. While booking directly the receptionist was quoating way more than what it was quoated online. Even tried to confuse me with room sizes claiming that the rooms offered online is smaller. After I showed him its the exactly the same room which he offered he got defensive and told me to go ahead with online booking.

Upon arrival I was greated with some more Customers having heated altercation with the exact same receptionist. Checking time was 12 and we were there at 10:30 am. They asked us to pay extra 1500 for being 1hrs 30 min. Most of the room were going vacant but still he was adament.

The online booking via treebo required half payment upfront and rest at check out.

The rooms though spacious were unused and were damp and smelly and even upon request no room freshner was provided. Cleanliness was average provided keeping in mind that business is slow.
