McDonald's — Restaurant in Thane

Dear McDonald’s Team,

I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the service I received from your McDonald’s outlet at R-Mall Thane. I placed an order via Swiggy for McAloo Tikki, but instead, I was delivered a McChicken. This is not just an inconvenience, but a complete violation of dietary preferences, as I am currently following a vegetarian diet.

To make matters worse, neither your restaurant nor Swiggy has bothered to respond to my complaints, despite this being a critical issue. I had waited 35 minutes for my meal only to receive something I cannot consume, and I was left with no alternative food in sight. As a customer who trusted your brand for quality service, this experience has been both shocking and deeply disappointing.

This is unacceptable. Delivering non-vegetarian food to someone who specifically ordered a vegetarian meal is a serious oversight and could have had far more severe consequences. I demand an immediate resolution for this and expect an official apology as well. Additionally, I need clarity on how you plan to ensure such gross mistakes don’t occur in the future, particularly when it concerns dietary restrictions.

I have attached all the relevant screenshots and pictures from my order. I expect a prompt response and resolution to this issue. Please be advised that if this is not resolved satisfactorily, I will have no choice but to escalate this matter through formal complaint channels.

Wow I'm a loss for words....well not really. This particular Mc Donald's should have a change in management. The staff roaming around on their mobile phones while the tables and floors are filthy, the manager eating fries out if a carton she was ready to serve a guest. I have eaten in a few Mc Donald's here and R Mall is by far the worst.

1. Clean up the restaurant, it's only fair that the customers have a clean table to eat on.
2. Put you workers to "Work" that is why they are there. Definitely not to be on their mobile phones.
3. For god's sake stop putting your filthy hands in customers food, that is disgusting AMD just for that you should be fired.

Remember appearance is everything; if its dingy in the dining area imagine how it is in the kitchen area. Just...

To be frank, i had travelled to different countries outside India and majority of the states in India, but today 1st time some one has come to us and asking for anyother requirements... (Sir would you like to have some extra ketchup, trays for more comfort) Me along with my friends was delighted to hear that, because i came from Mauritius, my friends from London & Seychelles.. its 1st experience for all of us and we shared it among us...

Thanks to Ms. Lavali (Guest office manager) she showed true dedication towards her job...

Why we are posting this review is to make Mc Donalds understand and create more Lavali's in future for service excellence and customer satisfaction...
