My dining experience was utterly disastrous. We ordered the chicken crispy, expecting a satisfying crunch, but what arrived was a soggy, unappetizing mess. To add insult to injury, despite being seated in the air-conditioned area, we were denied its benefits, leaving us to endure an uncomfortable and stuffy atmosphere. An unsettling, unidentifiable odor permeated the air, further ruining our meal. The staff's complete lack of professionalism was appalling; they were engrossed in their mobile phones, completely ignoring our presence. We had to repeatedly request our bill, and even then, it took an unreasonable amount of time to receive it.
