Biryani House — Restaurant in Thane

PLEASE AVOID THIS PLACE PLEASE !!!!!!!! My wife had placed order to the person who answered the call he took the order and also took and confirmed the address but when it took almost 2 hours and the order was not delivered she called the restaurant and to her surprise they simply said that the order was not confirmed due to total order value which was 280 INR and delivery location was in the same area Shivai nagar....I mean if the order was not confirmed why did you take the address and confirmed the same also the order with the special instruction which were given and due to this unfortunately my Wife and child have to starve for another 1 hour until we ordered from Swiggy....I mean if you cant cater customers properly its better close your shop just because you do not have a competitor doesn't mean you are the best instead you are one of the pathetic in terms of taste, service & overall customer centricity.....Very bad place and same is the experience with dine in as well.....never visit this place instead visit other nearby hotel like Thane canteen, Kombadi Wade, etc for best experience....PLEASE AVOID THIS PLACE...

Awful. The service was poor from start to finish. The food was terrible. We paid for a meal for two and our chicken biryani turned out to be tomato rice with chopped chicken on top. When we asked the server to pack it, we were met with a guilt trip, rolled eyes, and heavy sighs.

The server didn't even ask if we could change it, so we had no choice but to pack it. The food quality was poor because it was not properly cooked, and the chef who prepared it for us was not even present to re-create it. I could understand if we had been there for a long time, but we had only been there for 35-40 minutes at this point. Extremely unprofessional...

Tried this small outlet yesterday and here’s my take:

Small outlet, don’t expect high service or seating. Basic seating and service. Noticed people trying Chinese and Biryani the most

Must try - Chicken Tikka Biryani and Chicken Tandoori. Biryani was very good. Basically, they put plain rice over the masala but it was very flavourful and highly affordable 🥰

Place was buzzing with people since it’s a very pocket friendly place.

We didn’t try the Chinese here but looking at their online and in dining Chinese orders we will definitely try next time. They do provide fried noodles and schezwan(timepass)...
