Spice Lounge Last night visited this fantastic place for dinner which is well known for its buffet menu. It is a pure veg restaurant so any one looking for going out to have dinner with family in a veg restaurant in thane must surely visit here as it is having such a exquisite varieties of food menu. One can also order from alacarta if they want to order as per their choice. Location:- This place is located in the busy streets of ghodbunder road on the ground floor of "The Byke suraj plaza". Easily accessible by self transport or any public means of transport. This place is having such a beautiful and pleasant decor as it catches our eye for sure. As soon as we entered this place the restaurant manager Mr. Amit welcomed us so kindly and made us seated comfortably. Both the soups were hot and luscious in taste. So well prepared with all the indrigients. Must try.

All the four starters were so beautifully crafted in the platter and were truly lip smacking in taste. Best to have the tikkis with the green chutney and tomato sauce.
#SALAD's & RAITA :- Green salad Fruit platter Carrot pachadi salad Hummus & Baba ghanoush Sev papdi chat Makai raita They were having such a wide variety of salads and raita . So that we can have our choice from the listed ones. All the salad and raitas were fresh and were so palatable.
#Main Course :- Paneer Dhungra Korma-e-shahi Tendali ki subzi Kathrikai Puli kulambu Kashmiri pulao Steamed rice Dal Surti Indo Chinese curry Veg saimin noodles Baked pasta Veg pie with sweet potatoes mash Roti/Naan
This main course menu has a long list but yes all of the above were so well prepared and savory. Indeed mouth watering in taste.

All the above listed desserts were so tempting and succulent to have. They were so rich in taste. Truly mesmerized with all of them. All the desserts were so neatly and deliciously placed in the plates.

Fruit Punch : Whether it's the scorching summer or sweating out in the gym , Fruit punches make you feel fresh & Energetic! A beautiful baby pinkish coloured Fruit punch blended with seasonal fruits was garden-fresh & unwitted!
Aam Panna : Aam panna is an Indian drink renowned for its heat- resistant properties. A chunk of raw mangoes submerged with the Mocktail was immensely good!
• Starters -
Crispy Fries :French fries are like , " My favourite day is the fry - day"! Crackling & crispy french fries coated with spices & topped with scallion luscious.
Toasted Paneer / Paneer tikka : Toasted cubes of cottage cheese marinated with Multani flavour which includes curd & spices had an innocuous flavours.
Buffet Lunch Items -
• Spaghetti - Long , thin , solid , cylindrical pasta subsumed with Tomato sauce & indian spices gave a traditional Italia flavour. • Farfalle Pasta - Farfalle pasta wallowed in green & creamy sauce tossed with cherry tomatoes and black olives was adequate. • Manchurian / Meat Balls - Manchurian or veg meat balls with the chinese gravy served hot was quite magnificent.
SALADS - • Roasted Pumpkin bell pepper salad - A bowl of roasted bell peppers & pumpkin with pinch of spices & black pepper had a smoky flavour. • Combi Salad - A salad dressing indulged with sweet corns & rajma & pepers splilled with olive oil had an earthy flavour.
Lunch plate includes - • Home style Dal khichadi , Rice , Daal fry , soyabean Biryani , Roasted papad , Home style kadi , Panner butter masala , Vegetable fry , Naan !

The ambience is huge and the seating arrangement is widespread!
There is good music being played on the TV there!
There was a salad counter having fresh cut vegetable salad and also dahi raita, dahi papdi chaat, some sprouts!
They have lunch and dinner buffets available! The menu for buffet is changed everyday including new dishes everytime!
Mocktails and starters are served on the table, and the rest of the course is spread across the room including dessert counter!
There were 3 options in mocktails,
Kiwi shock which was a kiwi based drink, and had some cream in it! The taste was not too sweet and had a good balance!
Rose lip which was a rose based drink! The mocktail had three shades of syrup in it! There was a little too much syrup added to the mocktail and therefore had a too much sweet taste!
Sunrise which was a soda based drink and the serving glass was really awesome! The taste was good!
In starters they had Classic paneer tikka which was amazing in taste, the paneer was well cooked and there was a good bit of spice to it! There was a good amount of veggies too!
Potato cheese balls which was the best starter I had there! The amount of cheese was awesome and had a good taste!
Gobi 65 which was a Chinese starter, well cooked and good in taste!
Subz galauti kebab which was a little undercooked, but was smooth!
The maincourse had everything ranging from vegetables, pasta, noodles, biryani, steam rice, dal, masoor dal and vegetables of cauliflower, cabbage, paneer!
The dessert counter which is my favourite counter had lots of options to choose from
Orange mousse which was smooth, soft and tasty! Kalaland which is a royal dry fruit dessert! Fruit parfait Malai sandwich i.e chamcham which is a Bengali sweet and it is my favourite! The taste was good!
Arabian malabi which was a dessert having dry fruits, some dates and also topped with gulab jamun!
The spread was good, the taste was good, the service was good and you can go with your friends and family and enjoy proper vegetarian meal upto heart full!
