Read moreThis snack institution has existed since the 1974. Almost 50 years and continues to be a favourite among everyone. Have had snacks from here since childhood. Most importanly Great taste and very hygenic. Also compared to everywhere else their snacks are little cheaper too in price but the quality is better than else where. Also the owner ensure snacks or basically everything else are always served hot, dosa etc is mode to order and if vada pav/samosa/cutlet/mendu vada etc is cold owner literally gets a fresh hot batch and asks the customer if they are willing to wait like 5-10 minutes for a hot batch so that they get the freshest food always no cold, microwaved reheated stuff.
The vadapav has stayed the same since a long time. No fusions no fancy additions. Served in the traditional way with Red garlic chutney(lasoon chutney ) and green coconut garlic chutney.
Other things like samoosa, dosa, idli and especially veg cutlet are excellent.Recently they have added some more snack variatons too like corn roll,Chole...
Read moreA small eatery that has stood to the delight of customers since decades. Serves delicious south Indian items like Idli, medu wada, dosas, uthappa, etc. The menu also includes vadapav, samosa pav, pakodas, dhoklas, chole bhature, Puri bhaji, misal to name a few. Additionally, appetizers like kokam sarbat, lime water, coolants like buttermilk and desserts like Balushahi as well is available. At times I tend to utilise it for one or two days max (definitely storing in refrigerator) and have it with my other meals. Decent place to stand and eat and near to Thane station East side. If you are running low on money esp at month ends when ur wallet is dried up, this is the goto place. Hence, I would like to rate it a high. Accepts payments either cash or...
