Today I visited the Shivam at 6.50 p.m. to have some food as myself and family with my son were out since noon. I enquired to Stuart can you arranged for roti and bhaji he said no, only snacks like Medu Wada, idli, samosa, potato wada etc. Then I enquired about any starter he said no. He told me that any Biryani or Pulav will be available. Then I reluctantly ordered Hyderabadi biryani and then he ready to serve Veg Crispy so I ordered the same. I told him to bring first Veg Crispy then Hyderabad Biryani even though he served Biryani first. We accept the same. Hyderabadi Biryani was ok, ok, not so good. Then he served Veg Crispy which were very harder to break the pieces. We all three cannot break the same. In this connection I enquired with Stuart what is this ? is this CRISPY ? in reply he was dumb. Then we wasted half of the Dish. While paying bill I complained manager regarding Veg Crispy. He told me , woh to kadak hi hota hai. Then I told him you know the meaning of CRISPY. He also was dumb. After paying bill we get out at the gate and I stared at Manager. And he was laughing with the Stuart. My point is that how can this hotelist give us good service and good food. New visitors think before visiting the same as at thane east this is the only hotel and another is Twin Restaurant both are poor in food quality...

Extremely bad service and food. I wanted to try a Pizza from this hotel. So on their Whatsapp it was displayed at a price of ₹135. I ordered a Paneer Pizza. Then it comes. I had kept a Rs. 200 note ready and expected the delivery boy to return me Rs. 65. But guess what ? He returns to me only Rs. 15. When I asked him about it he shows the bill and it says ₹185 despite showing ₹135 on their Whatsapp. I reluctantly took it because I couldn't wait for another hour ordering something else. But now comes the worst part. The paneer on the Pizza was very low quality, not soft at all. Taste was also average. Completely ruined my lunch. First taking extra Rs. 50 and then giving low quality food. So if you ever need to eat after arriving at Thane station, prefer the hotels on Thane West. There is variety and much better than this.
