Wow! Momo — Restaurant in Thane

WOW! Momo has been my go-to place whenever craving for Momos strike. So when an outlet was opened in Hiranandani Meadows Manpada, it was a pleasant news to hear. In no time went there to try out their delicious range and varieties of momos.

The space is co-shared with WOW! China and it was spacious and well lit. Staff is very helpful and welcoming. One can easily get confused ordering from such wide range of momos, but their staff is helpful in recommending their bestsellers.

I tried Steamed Prawns Momos upfront, preparation was quick. 5 pieces were served with schezwan sauce and green mint chutney. Momos were delicate, steamed to perfection. Sauce was spicy as it should and perfectly completed the steamed momos. Great start.

Then, tried their pan fried gravy Darjeeling Chicken Momos which came in 6 pcs. This was my favorite lot of the night. Presentation was amazing. Momos were well soaked with schezwan based gravy and filling was generous too. Perfect for spice lovers.

In the end tried their Fried Chicken Masala Peri Peri Momos. This again looked picture pretty. Peri Peri masala was sprinkled generously. Filling was again different and amazing but i wish some mayonaise or sauce could have been served with it. Overall good dish.

From their WOW! China menu tried three things which were their bestsellers. Honey Chilli Potatoes looked picture worthy. Taste wise it was mildly sweet not over the top, just the way i like. Sesame seeds sprinkled on top adds to crunch.

Dragon Chicken is another of their famous starters. Chicken pieces were in generous quantities. Taste wise again it was mildly sweet. But the crunchiness of chicken was evident even after being tossed in sauce. Nicely prepared.

Tried their Chilly Chicken and Hakka Noodles combo bowl priced at 149 is a steal looking at chunks of chicken and overall quantity. Taste wise also it was good and had no complaints. Value for money dish. Their Virgin Mojito newly added on menu is also refreshing and nicely presented.

On the whole, my experience with this Manpada outlet of WOW! Momo , WOW! China was as per expectation and on par with my previous experiences with other outlets of WOW!. Looking forward to be back and try some...

Last week had visited this newly opened Momo and the Chinese food place had a cool ambience. It is open till 3 am, so don't forget to order for your hunger cravings. Most of the top dishes aren't still started to be served they surely will be started in the coming days. One thing I liked is if you don't want to have food there it can be packaged in the same box and given to you. Waiting time for food at the place is high for dishes other than steamed momos. We had:

Corn Cheese Pan Fried MomosHeart on fire - 4/5 It was extremely spicy and was prepared in schezwan sauce, I liked it. Don't know if they have the option to make it less spicy.

Paneer Tandoori Momos - 2/5 It was a breather after a spicy round of momos but afterward felt tasteless except for the taste of paneer. Also, the way tandoori momos were prepared seemed a new thing to me.

Paneer Sizzler Momo - 3/5 6 pieces of steamed paneer momos were served with spicy noodles and gravy on a sizzler plate.

We also had 2 lemon drinks, but only some of them serve available. I felt a lot of people were complaining about the spiciness of food. If you are ordering directly from them tell them about the spice level, also try to mention it in the special suggestions box if ordering online

About the Ambience As you saw in the Reel this Outlet Looks so Creative and Attractive. They've Merged both Wow momos and Wow China in a Very beautiful way the Colours of the Wall Chairs and the Props on the wall Make it more Attractive.

About the Hospitality The Manager and Both Of the Staff were So Kind and Helpful.
