I have called Customer Care informed that I got an egg biryani they said come and change. I went to the shop and return the egg biryani and be more than 20 minutes again. They provide one parcel. They said they Mogul Biriyani and I came home open the box I have checked. It’s a chicken Mogul biryani Again I went to the shop, I have asked why are you doing like this this service is not good. They said sorry sir we will change it and give it to you. I have asked compliments for this. They provide bun halwa for the compliment, I returned that compliment. I asked money back. Lots of arguments are there with the Manager. After that. They provide the Mogul mutton biryani and return the amount rupees 310. Aasife Briyani Theni - Don't expect the service which was provided as like in other branches in different cities.

Service was poor which needs to be improved. They need to train their staffs to handle people. We waited for more than 20 mins for a reorder of single Biriyani. The person who took the order did not feel about it and not even thinking to speak about it or cover the things.. There might be some issues which delayed in service but that needs to be conveyed to customer and overcome the situation, skiping it completely does not provide solution. A complete training needs to be provided for the staffs or increase the staffs if it's in shortage.
