Where the world is out to try and experiment the new hotels, We wanted to recollect and revisit the memories which we had during our schooling, college life and still now.
The hotel which played a pivotal role in Our birthday treats, continued by the cups of F.S in Michael ice creams 🤩

Spl Mention - The Crab soup - This is the first evr soup I'm liking it. I had not had a love towards the soup sections earlier. The soup was so good that I could take bowl of rice with it. Must try.
The starters including Mutton liver fry, Mutton brain fry was treat to our buds to feel the native flavours.
A bowl of Mutton Briyani were I shared with my friend Chris Joshua was not enough for our tummy, and wanted more.
We were starring at the menu card for a quite time to choose the next. As we are basically not good at taking quick decisions, which was easily identified by the respected waiter.
He suggested us to try the Chicken Dum Parotta. I resisted to take Parotta since i had thought that it might spoil the taste of the previous dishes.
With 50-50 heart, we ordered the Chicken Dum Parotta. Usually in my point of view,the waiters won't be good at food suggestions. But this man rocked in suggestions and proved my thoughts wrong.
Yes, the dish of the hour came within a hot mud vessel covered by a BANANA LEAF and was in dum, the aroma/smell of the leaf can't be explained. You should experience/feel that, I prefer.
The layers of Parotta with small pieces of chicken with fried cashews,onions and the correct quantity of Gravy made the Dish in my list of foods to be suggested.

The washrooms are also well-maintained, which is a crucial aspect of ensuring customer satisfaction. However, tissues are not provided in the handwash area. Biryani: The biryani meets expectations with its flavorful preparation and satisfying taste. It is served in a medium portion size with two pieces of chicken and an egg, which is sufficient for an average eater. However, for those with larger appetites, the quantity might feel slightly less. Despite this, the taste and quality make it worth trying.
Parota and Chicken Gravy: The parota is perfectly made—soft, flaky, and delicious. The chicken gravy is the star of the meal, exceeding expectations with its rich, flavorful, and authentic taste. This combination is highly recommended for anyone visiting the restaurant.
Final Thoughts
Banaleaf Restaurant, Thepakulam Branch, is a fantastic spot for enjoying a meal with friends or family. While there’s room for improvement in minor areas like providing tissues, hand wash solutions. I was on a business trip and I was suggested by my foodie friends and tracking trip advisor ratings Checked in to this place , luckily it was good decision.
One of my friend native of Trichy had accompanied me, the Hotel is good and serves good tasty food.
Serves ** Halal Chicken and mutton.
Must to visit place in Trichy.
Had chicken biryani , chicken uthhapam, hydrabadi chicken fry.
The biryani was prepared in typical Tamil style and was different from what we have normally in Nagpur and served with dalcha and onion rayta.
Biryani was full of flavours of different varieties of exotic spices. Biryani was not dry as we normally get in nagpur. It was as if rice was cooked in gravy of chicken. Though I liked the taste as it was.
Chicken othaapam was very awesome with chicken chettanad in it. Was something different for me and I enjoyed it.
Hydrabadi chicken fry was very crispy and is a good starter and good option for quick bite. If you are in Trichy you should try this place.
Over all restaurant is quite big and spacious. You can get AC & Non AC dining area.
Family dining space is separate.
Clean and hygienic restaurant. Staff is over active - they serve very fast.
If your team is big do make prior reservations as this place is always crowded.
