Prasana Residency — Hotel in Tiruchirappalli

Booked room around 9 pm for 3 adults and 2 children, have clearly told the reception to check everything working fine or not at the time of paying the amount, they said everything is good no worries at all later given one room there water tape was not working by the time we almost settled down,then given second room A/c was not working, then receptionist advised to take other room.. By the time we almost tired and our children were not sleep properly insdead crying continuosly whole night bcoz of room heatness..Its almost taken 3 hours to settled down from the booking time. we never faced this kind of worst service happened to us before ..Atlast receptionist saying continue with non A/ c service after multiple time follow up.. Room size is too small and not worth the price what we paid.. Better we can stay freely in conventional hall itslef instead of wasting time and money here.. Whole night my whole family was not sleep. Not a bad lodge. But more amenities shud be implemented. room 204. Heater switch control is near reception 😕. Tv was not working. Toilet flush was not working. First add basic ameneties like landline phone. For all the above mentioned issues, I had to get down to reception and complaint 😕 . That guy doesnt know customer service, he stares at me. Cleanliness was good. There is a common toilet upstairs which had Indian style toilet though was not clean. Nothing complimentary was provided like towel or soap or tissue. We went for a marriage function to Trichy so we booked a big 8 people room. First of all, they had two 1 ton A/C both were showing 16 degree but none of them was working. The room service doesn't fix that and we didn't get any basic amentities like soap, towel which comes as complimentary everywhere. The way they have the water was horrible that was not clean. Beds were Ok. One small tv was there for a 8 people room which doesn't have any sports channel, the day we went had cricket world cup final and the hotel authorities said to stream it in phone.
