We people of 6 members visited this Branch by 14th of August, 2022 . We ordered 2 Mutton Briyani, 2 Chicken Briyani , 1 Mutton Kola, 1 Chicken Noodles and Fish Finger

Briyani - It's looks too oily and I have attached those pictures . They have not properly maintained nd served this briyani. They have mentioned their briyani as best in the city, but it was totally worse. #TOO_OILY #WORSTBRIYANI

Mutton Kola - Okay .

Fish Finger - Average

Chicken Noodles - Meat was not good , felt like rotten

Food wise , we are totally disappointed . They were less number of service peoples and they don't even serve properly . Totally worst service delivered from your end .

Advice - Try to train your service people to serve for the people with kindhearted. Ambience and cleanness too bad . Don't speak yourself as best briyani, better try to have this words as a review from...

Very worst service and response. Seats are fully occupied and no one is available to address the customers. Many people left without eating as there is no response from restaurant side and no one came to take order even after 30mins of waiting. And the restaurant persons don’t even care about people leaving disappointed. Had to wait 30mins to order, after 30mins they told biriyani is over and only fried rice and noodles is available. Food taste is just average. This happened to multiple tables when we visited. Some started shouting due to poor response and the restaurant is very lethargic and doesn’t even care about anything.

Very very worst service and response. Waste of...

Look of the place is good but the service and food provided is not up to mark.

The chicken in Briyani felt like over cooked and can’t recognise any taste on the Briyani except the oily ness.

The dragon chicken was better but not presented properly.

One of the biggest concern for me is I can see the cleaning area of plates and vessels(not that shouldn’t be visible but it can be maintained better because the infra of the place) which was not clean enough.

Also there was only 1-2 person taking order for the whole block of large area which makes the ordering part also difficult.

Over all luxury in look but not in...
