I was doing a shopping at SVR Clothing nearby and from there I searched and got Shri Sangeetha and I had seen their4.4 rating in the Google maps.
After finishing my food, the service boy brought one QR card and asked to leave a comment, mentioning his name. He told me his name also..
Actually when you are asked to rate a firm in front of a person belongs to it, people will have an internal pressure to give the full points even if he have some disagreements.
I have the notion that, Google maps rating of 3.7 to 4.1 determines a VERY GOOD, 4.2 is excellent. Above 4.2 can be seen to religious institutions and similar kind ie. people with same ideology generally goes.
So the reason for the high rating is in para 2 and 3.
They are having a spacious car parking with security to guide, very neat and clean toilet- highly appreciated, nice ambience, nice food, very good service, fully air conditioned......
But all the above is equalled by the bills. Just a WIN WIN situation/Gentleman's agreement, Give &Take.
I could have given 5 points...but..no.. even though the guy didn't pressurize me for the review or 5 star, I didn't like asking for a rating- mentioning NAME. Because, normally we give a review with name, when an extraordinary thing happen, or we are overjoyed by the service or extremely angry. Such a thing didn't...
Read moreWe went two times to the place and to be honest- it was a very bad experience. The first day (lunch) I ordered the veg noodles and they were so salty and fatty that I had to vomit after eating them. This should never happen to a guest. In the end I had not to pay for the food so that was a nice treatment. Since there are not many good food options in this area we decided to give it a second try and went there another time for lunch- this time warned and happy to try something different. I wanted to eat a noodle soup- not available- even if it is on the menu (from 1pm). Then I wanted to order Roti (not available)- so in the end I was frustated and ordered a plain rice. My husband had a veg byriani. After the experience from the day before I was careful and did not try any of the small dishes- a good choice since they seemed to be salty and fatty once again. In the end I left the restaurant without any happiness and hungry. As a guest with high quality standards we know about the importance of good and honest reviews-we told all of it to our waiter too but he was not able to understand. So maybe the quality of food will improve- not only for happiness but also for health- since sooo much salt in the food can...
Read moreGreat south Indian vegeterian thali place! Starting with a tiny glass of spicy hot soup( add pepper only after tasting it) as soon as you get a seat. A large thali bordered with numerous tiny bowls of curries( sambar, puli curry, rasam, veg kurma, poriyal(dry vegetable dish) , curd, payasam, a quarter of a paratha and lime rice, with a large appalam at the center. Open the show with steaming hot rice and podi(a less spicy gun powder) topped with molten ghee..setting the tone for the spread ahead. Follow this with sambar, pulicurry, kurma and rasam along with generous quantities of hot rice! And finally with some rice with curd. And you break into the appalam to announce the change each time..or at anytime you want.
Move over to the payasam which looked very less at the beginning but will be an effort after all the rice you had..and then the ghee mysorepak! I struggled to finish this.
Just when i thought that I had drawn the match ,comes in some vanilla ice cream cup!!!
All of this under the watchful eyes of the steward who will nudge you to...
