I recently visited Tap Resto Bar, expecting a good experience, but unfortunately, it was far from satisfactory.
1️⃣ Ambience – Below Average The overall atmosphere was dull and unimpressive. The place lacked proper lighting, cleanliness, and a welcoming vibe. It felt like no effort was made to enhance the dining experience.
2️⃣ Food Quality & Variety – Disappointing The complimentary food options were very limited, and the quality was subpar. It felt like they prioritized regular customers by offering them better options, while new visitors were given fewer choices. This kind of biased treatment is unacceptable in a hospitality business.
3️⃣ Overpriced Menu – Not Worth It For the price they charge, especially comparable to tier-1 city rates, the food quality and portion sizes do not justify the cost. There are far better restaurants offering value for money at similar or even lower prices.
4️⃣ Service – Money-Minded & Biased The service staff seemed more focused on tips rather than providing good customer service. They were not attentive, and their behavior depended on whether you’re a regular visitor or not. A place should treat all customers equally and professionally, not based on how often they visit.

Reply.. However, I would like to clarify that I was not expecting a "top standard" at a cheap price. My concern was with the quality of the snacks and dishes served. For example, the fruit salad I received was not fresh, and the other snacks were far from what I would consider high quality.
Additionally, I ordered Dragon Chicken, but what was served was something entirely different and did not meet the standards you claim to uphold. If this is what you consider top standard, I believe there is a significant mismatch between expectations and delivery.

There were 4 employees and they could easily cover the top floor too. The small was very small, they asked us to accommodate in the ground floor were only place was the counter. We were four people and they obviously won’t serve us as that was a small counter space were one beer bottle and glass could cover up entire space.
