One of the baddest experience I have ever had at any Domino's Pizza outlet ever in my 12 years of being a Domino's customer.
when I wanted to place an order the billing executive didn't know what I wanted to order and said it would not be possible, then after arguing she suggested me to order in app. So did I.
they called out my name and after few mins i received a call as well to confirm then they gave me to order and around 10:15 PM Air conditioning was shot down.
I did ask the staff on what happened to the AC and he was checking with everyone and tried to switch it on but he was helpless and had let us know that it couldn't be switched on. I asked to speak with the manager and he directed me towards him and the manager was so reluctant and he was answering me from inside the cooking area is when I asked him to come out and hear my grievance. He came out and I was explaining him how me, my kid and family were sweating and asked him if he had let me know earlier I would have taken it out rather suffering
while this conversation was going on my dad noticed that one of the staff was recording us without our consent which quickly got escalated and there was no response provided to which why me and family was recorded without our consent
It was sheer negligence and atrocious behaviour from the outlet manager and the billing staffs. I would never ever step in or order from this...

Instead of the friendly and welcoming atmosphere you’d expect, we felt like we were practically begging for our order🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬. Orders were delayed with no communication, and there was a complete lack of professionalism and basic courtesy. It's shocking that such poor service is tolerated at a Domino’s outlet🤮🤮.
