Superb taste of all sweets and snacks. Sweets will not be with too...much of sweet. The correct level of sweet taste would be there in all the sweets of this shop. Especially Rasgulla, Gulab Jamun, Milk sweets etc. Sameway snacks would not be with too much of spicy. Accurate taste. Many branches are available in several locations.

Aswins' 'Vella puttu' is very very tasty. We can get this only by order on previous day (some years before). 'Vella Kozhakkattai' too tasty and big in size. One kozhakkattai and a cup of coffee/tea is more than enough to have as evening snacks.

Some branches have only sweets and snacks. Some work as like hotel too. Once I tasted in lunch 'Tamarind rice' at one NH. Ultimate taste. Mild tamarind taste - which is not done generally anywhere, is the 'ultimate' taste of this dish. Other general lunch I haven't tasted.

Definitely a good shop to buy sweets, snacks, coffee / tea and to have breakfast,...

Second time I'm visiting this place. The first was almost a year ago when we were hurrying to the airport. This time we had a relaxed break and took our time to relish the food to give a detailed review.

We ordered poori masala, idli, ghee roast, plain dosa and several vadas. The poori was unfortunately too oily and we requested for a change. The waiter was kind enough to get another less oily one. My mom complained that the poori was dough-ey but i thought it was fine except for the excess oil shining on the top.

The vadas were really good and tasty. The plain dosa and ghee roast tasted the same. The feedback was provided to the team but they didn't offer to replace it. The idlies were plain and simple. No complaints there. I'm glad they didn't screw this up.

We ended on a high note with a proper coffee and I asked for it to be dark without any sugar. I got what I asked for...
