Atsui__24Hr — Restaurant in Tripura

This is a refreshing place for Tripura. Opened with a motive of serving Japanese style local fusion food. Basically they are serving Japanese foods which has a local flavour. I have often seen people here don't get accustomed to the Eastern bland food as they lack the "tadka" of Indian style cuisine, and hence many authentic restaurants fails to serve the local. So I must appreciate the vision of the owner. I love authentic Japanese and Korean foods in Delhi and I am very much regular to the famous Majnu Ka Tilla in Delhi for Korean Dishes. So the expectation from Atsui was similar but they indeed surprised me in a positive way. Best of luck for the vision. Hope my 2 cents here will clarify a few readers.

*Cons : Less options of food choices (I am sure you will add up soon. The atmosphere could be more aesthetic, just adding few Japanese writing and some make shift cut chair for low sitting doesn't feel aesthetic in essence or adding some anime characters to the wall. The main door is surely trying to be Japanese but this also blocks the view of interior and make it appears to be closed. Add some cherry blossom affects, should work like magic, I have seen that in few Japanese...

Had a wonderful experience at atsui_24hr japanese restaurant, the interior with wooden tables and chairs looks beautiful specially the japanese style short table and short chairs of high quality. The japanese style sliding doors and the interior decorations with beautiful photos, japanese banner, mini action figures and beautiful painting which represents japanese culture is just amaizing and cool. The food are just amazingly delicious as we speak, foods are served with the proper plating which is very important for every restaurant, and the cuisine are overall good. Specially the ramen and susi rools are really really tasty. Y'all should go try some japanese cuisine and have fun there. The only food need to develop the most is that the fried rice should be made with the sticky rice, because japanese and most of the asian only eat sticky rice. Only...

The place is packed all the time and we need to make a booking from their Instagram page phone number. So we could not even eat in the place when we arrived there directly. People there don't wanna move from their chair and they were drinking water to pass the time. At last we got to taste the food here. The food here is great but I think they made our ramen a few minutes before they served because the food was cold when it was served. Like how can the food be cold if it's made right now for you. We waited like more than half an hour to get the food and that to a cold one. There is AC in the second room but in the front room there are only fans so be prepared to be baked in the heat from all the packed people if you are a normal sweating person like me 🥴. They are understaffed and with more staff I guess they can handle the crowd much more...
