MAIRANG RESTAURANT — Restaurant in Tripura

Mairang is one of the restaurants in Tripura which serves local tripuri (TIPRASA) delicacy.Before going any further...I need to point out to please improve your customer service..the waiters were not at all professional.The owner or someone who seemed in charge was least bothered about customer satisfaction which was very disappointing. The place was not cosy at all.The wash basin was way too cramped up. The saving grace was the freshly prepared food.Pricing is outrageous for it's quantity and quality though. All in all a mid level restaurant.Food taste was ok..but I would really hope they try to stop using parsely anywhere with any dish...it just destroys the taste. Not really good restaurant for having a good time with family or date. I hope they keep giving...

Our homestay host in Agartala suggested this restaurant to us to try local Tripuri cuisines.

We visited the restaurant at the lunch time and found the cute cosy restaurant very lively 😄 their food section was great.

Wanted to try the black rice beverage but due to our flight time we couldn't order that. I'd love to have it when I'll visit...

Good food and hygienic too. Best for those who love to try Tripuri Cuisines n Chinese foods...located near by the Shyandan Press building, Bolagiri road ( Near Ginger Hotel). It will not pinch anybody as the cost is very reasonable n the staff are friendly and welcoming.They had great bamboo furniture which creates good first impression. Authentic tripuri foods are available here and they taste...
