First of all they degraded their legacy food taste and the turned it more expensive… i live in ujjain and a few day ago i decided to taste their lunch after a long time and taste of their sabji is not so good its just ok ok means you can taste that type of subji everwhere there is no speciality remains now and the poori are even though there are made up of ghee but not taste good and thats not because i hate ghee so it taste bad n all, i know how ghee poori taste like and i love to eat that but their poori not taste good and for that normal means not so good food i paid ₹150 which is not worth it and they give curd with bundi (raita) of ₹15 with that thali, i have cough problem, i tell them to exchange that bundi raita with a sweet and i’ll pay whatever extra for that but they even though said no we can max to max parcel this raita so you can take home and i thrown it away after reaching home cause i have cough problem… because of them food wasted… so literally they are not customer friendly… i recommend if you have to taste ghee poori sabji with good taste so you can go to shree ganga restaurant or apna sweets or else where but if you have to waste your money then go to bholaguru and they will serve you disappointment 😐

Bholaguru and Sons Restaurant is a culinary gem where every dish is prepared in ghee, resulting in a rich and incredibly delicious dining experience. From the sabjis to the raita and pooris, every item served was a mouthwatering delight that left me craving for more. The flavors and aromas of the food at Bholaguru and Sons were exceptional. The generous use of ghee added a unique depth and richness to each dish, elevating the taste to another level. Whether it was the perfectly spiced sabjis or the delectable raita, every bite was a true indulgence. What makes this restaurant even more appealing is its reasonable pricing. Despite the high-quality ingredients and the rich flavors, the cost per dish is quite reasonable, making it a great value for the culinary experience it offers. Every rupee spent here is well worth it. If you're a fan of delectable food prepared with ghee, Bholaguru and Sons Restaurant is a must-visit. Prepare yourself for a flavor-packed journey where each dish is a delightful experience, all at a price that won't break the bank.

I have visited this place multiple times since my childhood and it is serving the same quality and taste till date but prices are going higher day by day. This time after a long break I visited with my family and friends. They are known for their best quality and taste. They have a lot to serve you like Puri Sabji Thali, Makkhan vada, Moong daal Halwa, Malpua, Kalakand, Rabdi and the list goes on. We had Puri Sabji Thali and Makkhan vada. They give 5 hot and fresh Puris fried in Desi Ghee, Aloo sabji, Methidana Kaddu sabji, chutney and Boondi Raita in Thali. They charge Rs.130 for Thali, Rs.15 for an extra puri and Rs.12 for a bowl of Boondi Raita. Their Makkhan Vada is also prepared fresh daily using Desi ghee which is so soft, sweet and a must have with Thali. Everyone enjoyed their lunch and returned home with a stomach full and satisfied. I highly recommend this place to have at least once if you are visiting Ujjain. Totally worth having lunch here.

The proprietor of this place appears to be full of ego about having been in the business for a long time. When we asked the rickshaw wala where would be a decent place to have lunch during our week-long stay to Ujjain, he recommended it. We expected a decent menu because we were travelling from Gujarat, but when we got there, we discovered that there was only Puri sabji and also it was lunch time. In Gujarat Puri sabji is a breakfast item, we were looking for thaali or ala-carte because we were hungry, but the owner told they only had Puri sabji. As we conversed among ourselves, we said things like, "Oh, came here expecting good menu but nothing is there in the menu and naam bade but darshan chhote." ...remember we did not say anything to him...but The proprietor became arrogant and misbehaved upon hearing our internal conversation...saying 'go out, this place is not for you people'.....this is real arrogane...we pray Mahakaal to give him some wisdom...this fellow should keep his head cool and heart warm...but he keeps it other way around.

Later people told us Paramhans Bojnaalay...I must tell everyone Paramhans Bhojnaalay great place for lunch and warm and welcoming gesture of the owner...they even prepared the items once we tell them by phone and hour before....we wish Mahakaal makes Paramhans Bhojnalay a great place for...
