Naveen's Bapu Ki Kutia, Ujjain — Restaurant in Ujjain

I went to the restaurant with my family for a dinner. We ordered multiple starters like crispy corn, manchurian, chaumin, kabab. Out of this only chaumin are upto thr mark and taste good. Crispy corn are ok, kabab and manchurian are not cooked properly .

In main course we ordered tandoori roti as they dont have tawa roti along with sev ki sabji and chhole ki sabji. In one of the sabji, someone frlm my family observed that pebbles are present. Also the roti are not cooked properly. Although we inform about pebbles to waiter, they're ready to serve new dishes but we're about to finish it so didn't accept their offer.

One last thing their price are higher as compared to the quantity they offered. In other restaurant you cam get almpst double of thr quantity that they served here.

Also they have put Indian flag on the tables. What is the requirement for this, you can see in the photos that flag got dirt of oil and dishes. This is not the right...

I recently visited Naveen's Bapu Ki Kutia in Ujjain, and it was an absolutely delightful experience! The ambiance is simple yet welcoming, with a true reflection of traditional values and delicious food.

A special shoutout to Raghav, who was incredibly hospitable and attentive throughout our meal. He made excellent recommendations from the menu, ensuring we had the best dishes to savor. The Paneer Rajwadi and Dal Dhabe wali were exceptional, and the Kaju Masala was perfect with its authentic flavors. Raghav's friendly nature and impeccable service truly enhanced the dining experience. If you're in Ujjain and looking for a place that serves authentic and flavorful food with warm hospitality, Naveen's Bapu Ki Kutia is a must-visit.

Visited today with Family. The restaurant was not crowded in the afternoon… so we thought service will be good.. the food too!!! we ordered jain thali, amritsari thali and plain dal with my specific instructions on tadka. Food arrived .... my specific instructions on dal were not followed i had them re-do it which they did. Next version was fine ! Rice that came with Thali were stale … when complained they brought fresh ones…it was very disappointing … without this rice incident the experience was ok !! …. Bapu ki Kutia can definitely do better if they want repeat customers … and serve food which is fresh and curated to customers need...
