Burger King — Restaurant in Ulhasnagar

The first time i ordered combo of crispy chicken burger and tacos from my Zomato account on 13 Jan it was amazing cant forget that day taste at 2am in morning the crispy of taco bread. And now twice my husband order the tacos was so pathetic i think burger king has forgotten to follow its standard of cooking. The 2 dates my husband order from Zomato is 16 jan we ordered 3 same combo chicken crispy burger with tacos are all 3 tacos was burnt bread which was hardly could be eaten i have share the image on Zomato and today order which was 20 jan 2 same combo with chicken nuggets and mango shake the 1 tacos was so patheticly prepared as the bread was so oily where couldn't consume it properly. When ever i personally will visit tge food court at galaxy in between ambernath and ulhasnagar between i would like to meet the store manager and speak regards it bec this is not the standard an ny outlet follow their standard recipe . I can also think to complain to fssai for this as you all are playing with customer food and health this way by sending food if also its a mid night order or just evening order I request a quick response from burger king for this and there should be an action or else i will raise an...

Worst Burger King outlet i have ever been too. I don’t understand the purpose of providing tent (number plate) if we ourself have to go and pick up the order ? I ordered Fiery chicken burger with saucy fries and large coca cola, order number (4036). I waited for 10 minutes and I didn’t receive my ordered meal and after asking in counter i got to know it was not even started to prepare. The staff in the counter provided me saucy fried & coca cola without providing me spoon and tissue paper. The staff asked me to wait more 5 minutes for my burger. They again made me wait for 10 minutes for my burger, after asking from the floor working staff about my order he asked me to go and pick from the counter.
