#Waffles Town Cafe — Restaurant in Uttar Pradesh

I would have given a 0 star if it was possible. 1: The food is average. 2: The staff is very unprofessional. 3: My bill according to menu was of 520 but they they wrote the bill by the hand and it was of 720 I was surprised. When I calculated the amount it was 520 and then when I went the to the bill maker he said that he had included tax etc in the bill

4: Then I told them to print my bill which they did and included GST then the amount was of 567 then he added another 💯 with the over the bill which he said is a sitting charge. 5: But i didn't paid them and paid the exact bill but it ruined the experience .

Their service is very bad, although the food was good, not very tasty. They provide water bottles wighout glass. The bottle of tomato sauce they served with the Veg Hakka Noodles was empty. We asked them for chilli sauce and they served us green chutney without telling us that chilli sauce was not available. They did not turn on the AC even when the temperature was around 40°C.Their situation was not so bad 3 to 4 years ago but in 2024 they are in the worst situation.very...
