Yummy cake ... Thanks Jaunpur baker's for such a lovely and beautiful cake ... I must say that u guys really cross every wall to fulfill your customers desire. For me sitting in Mumbai, I was tensed how can I order a cake for a remote area in UP. No one was accepting home delivery. But on the very first call with RatneshJi I got assurance that the cake will be delivered. Though the distance was around 30 km but they ensured that it should get delivered. I literally troubled RatneshJi so much as it was birthday of my most cutest and lovable niece... Today it was raining so heavily, it was impossible to deliver cake on bike but guess what, he arranged for a car and delivered my cake to ensure that it does not get spoiled... RatneshJi I am sure that you take every delivery as own family order and do the best. And top of that he suggested me some more gift for my child that would make her day very special that to in very reasonable cost... Though the delivery was delayed due to heavy rain but it was delivered perfectly.... Thanku so much Jaunpur baker's specially Ratneshji for kind service ... Suffocating atmosphere while eating , as no ventilation is provided.pizza is worst . Cakes and pastry are good.

Seating area is next to the pizza baking zone—no proper ventilation despite a chimney; full of smoke and suffocation.

Ordered pastry, patty (which were good), and pizza (which took 40 mins).

All pizzas looked and tasted the same, very poor in quality.

After one bite, I had to throw it in front of staff—it was inedible. Still paid the full amount without any argument.

Staff at the counter were rude and dismissive when I gave feedback.
