Balle Balle Delhi wale Soya Chaap — Restaurant in Uttar Pradesh

Extremely unprofessional team. they literally denied to take order & we understand if you've a backlog & you can't offer service better to to tell them time upfront which we asked n we were fine to wait. but he denied that we won't take order but there were girls who came latter n have taken their order & told them to wait 15mins. ... I know men will be men but when you're operating any serious service related business than this kind of stuff is seriously not accepted....

Not able to try the food but sick mindset & behaviour..& will never visit...

Quality of food is pathetic, I ordered from swiggy recently, this was first time I found raw chopped onions inside the chaap. Rumali roti usually is too soft, but from here roti was like too hard to break and on top of that too hard to chew.

Barbeque chanti was worse like dark green color mixed in water.

No separate salads or lemons. I am a foodie and keep on trying multiple local cuisines across the country. It seems this was worst...
