I recently dined at Barbeque Nation, Bareilly with my family, and I must say, it was a mixed experience overall. There were certainly aspects that stood out, but there were a few areas that left room for improvement.

Let's start with the positives. The non-veg and veg starters were truly delicious. We relished the variety and flavors of these appetizers. The chefs have clearly put in a lot of effort, and it was evident in the taste. These starters set a great tone for our meal.

However, as we moved on to the main course, both veg and non-veg options fell a bit short of our expectations. The dishes were somewhat lackluster and lacked the same level of excitement and flavor that the starters had provided. We felt that there was room for improvement in this department. It would be great if the restaurant could work on enhancing the main course offerings to match the high standard set by the starters.

We also tried the complimentary drink Pacific Blue Mojito, which was a delightful addition to our meal. Its refreshing taste and unique flavors added an extra layer of enjoyment to our dining experience.

Now, onto the dessert, which was a delightful surprise. There were multiple choices in desserts. The kulfi bar was a highlight, and the Paan Kulfi was exceptional. It was the perfect way to end our meal on a sweet note.

One aspect that truly stood out was the friendly and cooperative staff. The servers were attentive and went out of their way to ensure we had a comfortable dining experience. Their excellent service added to the overall positive atmosphere of the restaurant.

I visited BBQ Nation on 18 Aug 2:30 PM slot with my family and saw that service here was pathetic. It was understaff and I literally asked waiters and so called managers to fill the grill many times. Grill remained empty most of the time,we present there and I only asked the waiters to ask us for complimentary drink and please tell us menu. Chicken was half cooked and looks like sticky from inside. In veg he only served Paneer and Potato throughout and rest of the time grill was empty. Live counter was closed. Main course was totally out of options and tasteless except daal makhani. Chicken Biryani consists of no chicken , egg curry had no eggs, gatta curry with no gatta surprisingly no one was refiling them. Desert was some respite with brownies and gulab jamun. Prices were on high side due to weekend but full waste due to staff Mgmt. Go there on weekdays in 12:30 slot if it's your first time and you just want to experience else no benefit of having tasteless experience with such price range. Not even 10% of experience comparing from other BBQ outlets I have been to in past. Later at billing counter I was being told that some of their employees are on leave, but how can I accept this lame excuse when you are accepting table bookings. "Best place for dinning at such a great Price." This review is based on my physical dining experience after unlock-down. Starting with the hygiene, I found everyone in mask and hand gloves, at the entrance they did sanitize and thermal scan for us as well and they sanitized our table in front of us, means it was excellent hygiene. Now coming to food and service. Food was amazing in taste, we all had unlimited starters. Prawn and fish was excellent here. They are offering so many things on such a lower price. Main course were also very nice. I had pan kulfi also which was really I like a lot. Service staffs were very proactive and attentive here, they served and take care of us very nicely. They served with smile. And they maintained the hygiene level on every single step.

Unmatchable experience, no one can denied. They gives unlimited starters and main course which is really impressive on such a minimum price of buffet per head. As we are there for friend birthday celebration so they give us complimentary birthday cake and the staff had also participate in our cake cutting and praise us with clap and duffly, which really gave us more happiest feeling. We will really love to visit again there for next family get-together.
