Barbeque Nation - Lulu Mall, Amar Shaheed Path — Restaurant in Uttar Pradesh

The place is no doubt spacious and beautiful. The staff service is not at all satisfactory. A man dressed in white coat with a fake chef hat roams all the way and pretends to be a fake chef asking people for suggestions regarding the food and does absolutely nothing!! The taste of the food was so pathetic. We were not at able to eat anything as the taste was very bad. Even after giving lots of suggestions they did nothing!!! Services were really very bad, we asked for bringing the breads and no breads were served. We asked for bringing the cutlery and no cutlery was brought to our table.

Taste wise veg Biryani and Kulfi were the only options which were a bit better. Crispy corn was just okayish like if you can't eat anything, crispy corns would help you to fill your stomach although their crispy corn was not as good as other outlets of Barbeque Nation.

Even after complaining regarding the services and taste, the staff came up with another excuse saying that all of a sudden lot of customers came without reservation so it was difficult to serve them.

Worst BBQN outlet in Lko. Too much waiting time even after booking, unprofessional staff, bland food, super slow service, no transparency in billing, no alcoholic drinks available as they said they don’t have the license yet! I’d to ask the server 4-5 times for the fork/water/glass/tissue paper. It should be a basic courtesy to arrange all these things before you call the customers to the table. In between the dining, Our grill was empty for 10-20 minutes and nobody bothered to serve again. We ordered 3 red bull drinks, they delivered only two but we were billed for 3. 900/- for 3 Redbulls, 2200/- for the food (2 Person), taking the bill to a total of 3,100/-. The Laal Maas in the main course was a disgrace to its name. Full of unflavoured gravy and cheap cuts of mutton laden with 95% bones. We’d to ask the server multiple times before they finally bought the starters again. Very limited options in both veg/non-veg categories. Quick tip for the owners: get your staff trained at a popular BBQN outlet & ask them to drop their prejudices before entering the premises. Worst experience ever with Barbeque Nation’s staff at Lulu Mall, Lucknow.

I placed an order via Swiggy at 9:52 PM. Delivery time was shown as 60 minutes, but even after waiting nearly 3 hours, I didn’t get my food. The app kept showing “12 minutes remaining” for hours while the Swiggy delivery executive was standing at their restaurant—but the staff at Barbeque Nation, Lulu Mall, Lucknow shamelessly refused to give him my order.

When I called the restaurant, their staff were extremely rude, arrogant, and totally unprofessional. They simply told me to “call Swiggy” and refused to help. Even their so-called “manager” spoke rudely and arrogantly, bluntly saying, “We don’t know about your order, we can’t do anything.” No apology, no responsibility—just arrogance.

Finally, after this entire mental torture, they cancelled my order at 12:49 AM—leaving me and my family hungry after hours of harassment.

Barbeque Nation’s staff at Lulu Mall, Lucknow have no manners, no ethics, and no respect for customers. They lie, misbehave, and harass customers without shame. This outlet is a complete disgrace.
