Burger King — Restaurant in Uttar Pradesh

The behavior of staff and quality of food are both bad. I went to lulu Mall Burger King on 26 feb 2023 around 6:30 pm placed and order of Rs2600 (order number 712 and 713 for carry bags) for takeaway i waited there 15 min and in mean while I thought to place a order of coffee for takeaway the person doing billing told me to take coffee from person next to him when I asked him he kept on ignoring then he told me to go on left side of the counter I went to left side of the counter waited there for 10min for a coffee then I told the man there It's taking too long please refund me he told me to get it from the same person who acted rude and refused to serve to which I replied that either refund me or give a coffee now the man there probably Usman took a coffee and gave to me on that I asked for placing a lid to it as I needed to take that way to which he refused I told him I don't want your coffee please refund me for coffee to which he told me there is a lot of procedure and I will have to wait as he was unwilling to refund me at the end I had to leave the coffee there and leave without a Refund upon that when I reached to my car with the order of approximately 2600 I found the everything was cold and the quality of food was surprisingly low. I won't recommend Burger King to anyone ever I feel cheated 😔 I was in a hurry Otherwise I would have given the taste of the medicine...

My experience was good unlike others... The staff was treating me very politely even though he told me about 99 rs meals... I just asked him for 99 rs meals because the price is a little bit increased...

But one of the staff told me very politely he said if you booked an order from the BK app you will get this offer...

I was just surprised he saved me from spending more money.... Burger, french fries and cold drinks all are good to taste.. Self service available.. I faced one problem there...only one staff member was there for billing it took time so i am requesting the management please make seat more staff member at least 2 to 3 to manage the...
