Haldiram Bhujiawala — Restaurant in Uttar Pradesh

Was unfortunate enough to end up here on the evening of 11th Mar, 2025. Ordered a grilled cheese sandwich, gulab jamun and white sauce pasta. The sandwich and gulab jamun arrived timely and the taste was great. However, the pasta took almost 30-40 minutes to arrive. Even then it wasn't cooked properly. I did not have the patience to wait again for the same amount of time as it was getting late. Asked for a refund, to which the staff compared the pasta on my plate vs the one in their kitchen. It was disappointing.

Add to this, none of the tables had paper napkins. The staff was running around like headless chickens everytime we asked for one. It was hard to believe that a restaurant inside a mall had run out of paper napkins of all the things.

I am in a profession that pays well and by god's grace this refund amount won't harm me. I could have made a scene but I am not that kind. Could have recorded videos and made fuzz but again, I like my privacy and self respect.

This review is aimed to generate enough views to strike the management where it hurts. The revenue. Money is what moves the world not values. Hope I succeed in doing so. From someone who rarely complains about food or its taste, even I am surprised at myself to be this shaken. Kindly avoid this...

Excellent ambiance, awesome foods and great service. We relished a plate of Deluxe Thali and would say that it was totally a value for money dish. Situated on the first floor of Lulu Mall, this restaurant is separated from the Food Court that is located on the second floor. Here you will receive personalized service on the table, unlike the food court, which has a common sitting area. Waiters will come frequently and refill your glass with water (a service that's not available in the food court). After you place the order and make the payment, they will serve your food on the table. I happen to visit this place on 14th September, around 7:00 pm we ordered for pav bhaji and coffee, both were not available. We thought it's fine so whatever was available we ordered. That was a biggest mistake we made. We ordered and waited for immense time for our small order, no napkins, no water served, we have ask them for 3 times for everything then only they came.
