During my recent visit to Bikanervala in Modipuram, Meerut, I was thoroughly disappointed with the quality of the food and service. The Chilli Potato, a dish I usually enjoy, was particularly subpar. The potatoes were soggy, lacking the expected crispiness, and the sauce was overly tangy, overwhelming any other flavors.

The dissatisfaction didn't end there. The Chole Bhature, a staple at many Indian eateries, was equally disappointing. The bhature were excessively oily, and the chole lacked depth, tasting bland and under-seasoned. The Raj Kachori, which I had hoped would redeem the meal, was stale, and the fillings seemed far from fresh.

Service was another letdown. Despite the restaurant not being particularly busy, the staff appeared indifferent and inattentive. Requests for water refills were ignored, and the overall demeanor of the staff lacked the warmth and hospitality one expects in the service industry.

The ambiance did little to improve the experience. The dining area felt cramped, and the cleanliness was questionable, with uncleared tables and litter on the floor. This neglect contributed to an unwelcoming atmosphere that made the dining experience even less enjoyable.
