Enter at your own risk. Air Conditioners on the right side of the entrance are not working while the AC on left side is not switched on. And of course, the common domestic flies. Defying all consumer laws, they charge for the carry bag. And most surprising is they charge a rupee for the sauce sachet. It was a surprise for me that they didn't charge for the condiments and the package box. My ordered item was also replaced without any intimation. Surprise after surprise, I was made a laughing stock when I reached home and the Pizza boxes were opened.

Pizza hut is one of the best food chains. But this outlet is the worst. Never experienced such things. The manager, Mr Ajeet Singh is not at all mannered, he doesn't know how to deal with customers. Whatever being asked, all he replies "Talk to the company". He refused to give us Dips with the meals and argued that it is chargeable if taken away and if dine in then it is not chargeable. Such things are not mentioned anywhere when asked. Worst experience with the staff. Will never visit it again. Even the card machine was not working, and they didn't have some of the items from menu. I would not even give them 1 star....

Exotic choices of mouth watering italian pizzas are available here at a reasonable price. Quick service and clean and hygienic environment. The behaviour of staff is polite. food is prepared hygienically. Interior decor of the outlet is superb. Best place for hangout. Also provides accompaniments with pizzas. Various choices of carbonated beverages are also available here. Price of the pizzas are very moderate. I will give 5 star to Pizza hut. Cool and comfortable sitting arrangement for groups and as well as for individuals...
