Dominos Pizza — Restaurant in Uttar Pradesh

The cashier was busy running around finding a mouse to work on . He made us wait without even telling us why he was not taking our order . Lacks professionalism . He even forgot how much change he has to give me back , instead 4 sauce sachets of sauce took the order for 3 sauce sachets and was busy arguing that I only demanded 3 . When we even paying for sauce packets they can't even pay attention. . The staff in the kitchen were too noisy . They didn't care how the customers would feel . This was my second visit after almost a year but still the very same .God knows what is the job of the manager in this branch ? Hard chairs to sit in this tiny place . Visited with my kid .We had a meal for 1 Lunch feast & 2 take away lunch . Also tried Chicken pops . The Lunch had corn pizza that tasted ok . Had 3 cutlets and some kind of cheese sauce which didn't taste good . Pepsi was a part of the meal . Had another cold drink . Disappointing service . Not good to visit if we are going with kids or family . They can't cater this section . Or don't want to focus on that . I went with my family, we ordered 6 in 1 pizza for ₹950. And we dined in and we couldn’t find chilli flakes and ketchup on the table, only found a can of oregano, when we asked for ketchup and chilli flakes, the staff said that this will be costed and we need to pay for this separately, and when we questioned them coz we never paid for these while dinning in delhi in dominos, the staff said that in meerut we cannot serve u this bit in the bill, a specific amount of chilli flakes and oregano are mentioned, but never served to us. I feel that this is a bog problem for the company, individually this is not a bog deal but if we calculate this small amount into the customers paid, the amount is large and this can be a case of theft by the staff members, and the staff id very rude towards us and the mananger said ‘ hamare yaha aisa hi hota h ‘. I had a very disappointing and terrible experience at your restaurant. I went with my family, and the next morning everyone suffered from severe diarrhea. The food quality was extremely poor. First, we were served a half-baked pizza, and even after complaining, the replacement was no better. Unfortunately, we still ate it, and as a result, all of us have been sick for the last 4 days.
