I recently ordered the Chicken Dum Hyderabadi Biryani from Bikkgane Biryani, expecting an authentic, flavorful experience, but was very disappointed. The chicken was extremely tough and rubbery, far from the tender and juicy texture you’d expect from a proper dum biryani. The rice was bland and mediocre, lacking the depth of flavor and aroma that makes Hyderabadi biryani unique. For the price, I expected much better quality.
