Had 2 burgers on your menu namely; Amritsari chicken makhani and Udta Punjab 2.0. After having them, the only conclusion I could draw is that they are just OK! I heard people saying that you guys are well-known for selling sub-standard burgers at premium prices. But now after trying them myself, I totally trust them. To add insult to injury, when I recently heard about your cheap marketing gimmick when you guys were trying to make profits from the recent airstrikes, I vowed never to return to your store! Instead of offering 20% discount to all customers by using such insensitive hashtags, if you guys would have offered 20% off to all armed forces, it would have been a much better initiative! I had ordered an chicken combo at around 2:55 in the morning. And they handed over the order after 1 hour to the delivery partner . The store was not even picking up my call when i tried to reach out to them . And then an hour later i called my delivery partner and asked him to hand over the phone to one of the store person, and to my shocking when i said the store person that it's been an hour that i had ordered he too was shock to hear it. Like such pathetic handling of customer order going on here. Like can you imagine the store person is not at all attentive to what orders are coming or what order has been delivered. I ordered 4 Amar Prem veg burger for my guests. Pathetic it was; same happened on 31st dec also but that time we ignored thinking might be becoz of rush we received this quality. But same happened Yesterday my guests said what rubbish is this.In burger only tikki n onion was there. No mayonnaise or tandoori sauce was there.
