Giani ice cream — Restaurant in Uttar Pradesh

This review is for the Giani ice cream parlour situated at TRADX TOWER-II, G4, Alpha-I Commercial Belt, Block E, Alpha I, Greater Noida, Uttar Pradesh. Please do not visit this ice cream parlour because the owner of this parlour who usually sits in the parlour is a rude and arrogant and does not know what customer service is. We were three of us and we were trying a few flavours. We wanted to have a scoop or two at the parlour itself and take away 1-2 scoops per person home for others and ourselves meaning thereby. We must have tried 4-5 flavours and ordered 1 scoop of those 5-6 flavours when the person at the counter who was making us try those flavours mentioned that there were 2 flavours of Kulfi. We had ordered a scoop of Premium Kulfi flavour when he mentioned that there was another normal Kulfi flavour too. I asked him if he could make me taste the normal Kulfi flavour so that I could decide which Kulfi flavour (the premium Kulfi flavour or the normal Kulfi flavour) was better. Hearing this, the owner who started grumbling that that I had already 'tasted' 8-10 flavours and that I shouldn't expect him to make me 'taste' any more flavours. At this I told him that I had been having ice creams ever since I remember and it was the first time that someone at an ice cream parlour had said something like this to me. While this was going on other customers who were waiting to order ice cream were watching. The owner was rude and did not, almost condescendingly arrogant and did not care about his customers. I immediately cancelled my order of around 6-7 single scoops that we were supposed to have there and take away. We only paid for one scoop that one of us had started eating. After having watched the conduct of the owner, rest of the customers also started leaving and I heard some of them say that they will have ice cream elsewhere. The owner remained rude and even did not seem to care when other customers were leaving. This owner's extremely poor conduct reflects badly on the image of Giani Ice Cream Company. It is hoped that Giani Ice Cream Company will take suitable action against this franchise owner. This incident happened on 24 August 2024. I later ordered Tender Coconut Ice Cream from Naturals. My humble request to all ice cream fans is that please avoid this parlour and it's obnoxious owner. Please have ice creams from other places such as Naturals, Nirula's or...

This review is for Krishna Plaza, Alpha 2 Giani's outlet which is not on maps. Chocolate fudge sundae was good. Do try their chocolate brownie with/wo Sundae , it was delicious. But their coffee machine was not working. Prices are fine, not as expensive as Nirula's. However, they don't ask you and put nuts in your order so give them instructions...

We did visit this place once. Small and neat place, somewhat difficult to find from outside the buildings. The prices are high and the preparation is decent at best. We ordered a fruit sundae and did not find it up to the mark. The fruits were minimal syrup way too much..wish they get better people to prepare...
