Subway Alpha 1 Noida — Restaurant in Uttar Pradesh

I was on the lookout for some good vegetarian options nearby and came across this Subway in Alpha sector on Google Maps. My visit was in the evening, and initially, I had a bit of trouble spotting it since the front light wasn’t turned on. But thanks to Google Maps, I was able to locate it precisely.

Once inside, I was pleasantly surprised by the cozy atmosphere. The ambiance was calm and welcoming, a nice setting for a quick meal. The service provided by the staff was decent, and while there’s some room for improvement in terms of friendliness, they were attentive enough to make the experience positive.

The food quality was solid and met my expectations for Subway. I appreciated that they offered a range of vegetarian options, which made it easy to pick something satisfying. For those who enjoy non-vegetarian items, they have a selection as well. There’s even a small selection of Mexican-inspired dishes, adding a nice twist to the usual Subway offerings. For dessert, they have delicious cookies and a few other treats, plus a decent range of drinks.

One suggestion I’d make is to add some more comfortable seating to enhance the overall dining experience. Other than that, I had a very nice experience here and would recommend it for a quick, tasty meal, especially if you’re looking for vegetarian options...

There are apparently Vegetarian and non-vegetarian counters but they are not marked. We stood on one line and after 15 minutes of waiting we find they are serving the lady behind us because her order is non- vegetarian and we were supposed to stand in front of the other counter. No one said anything and the counters were not marked. Secondly all the sauce options were some kind of version of a Mayo. There were no less fatty options like vinegar. Being a heart patient my husband likes to opt for healthy choices. We saw a green chutney and asked if they could put that on the sandwich for us but we were told it comes with a specific sandwich. It was quite perplexing to me that they couldn't help us make healthy choices, while Subway is all about health. We went their two days in a row as our house is under renovation. On both the days we were not greeted. After we were sitting and eating I noticed that 3 school kids entered and they were greeted with a " Good afternoon sir and ma'am" which seemed quite hilarious to me but made me realise that they are trained but not consistent with the implementation. Other than that the facility was clean...

Like a normal Subway joint. Not easy to notice from a normal traffic while travelling on the service road to Commercial Belt. 'The staff behaviour needs improvement. They neither accept coupons, not credit cards, so please carry adequate cash. The subs are as usual good depending on your taste and make... but then that's about it. They dont have much variety from other dishes displayed on the top boards above the service counter. Needs improvement. The management needs to put large sized LED signboard facing the main road as well as train the staff well in good behaviour with clients. It doesn't have a washroom. The size of this joint is very small- has about 2-3 tables for sitting and...
