So today I called this bakery to place an order for a cake firstly the girl on call din know how to talk she was trying to con me with her imaginary rates for cake which were having vast difference from there original rate list. She was adding up extra charges for each thing on call she said I choose a fruit flavour which in other bakery is a basic flavour but in their bakery it was expensive one, I told her to change the flavour to pineapple she said it will only cost 50rs less than the fruit flavour. I asked her for the price list in which it was mentioned that pineapple flavour is 800rs a kg while what she mentioned on call was 1350rs a kg. I asked Why is there so much rate difference she said designer cakes are rated this way. In which I asked for a non fondant cake and was very basic design. I don't know if the owner knows about this or not but this is just ridiculous for such a top bakery shop like them. Shame Shame Shame...

Terrible experience with cake and service.- Recently ordered for my baby’s first birthday and the cake turned up stale after delayed delivery. Not just that, being a regular customer I tried to express my dissatisfaction and disappointment on our ruined evening, their response was even pathetic as they tried to get away for 15 days which was very frustrating. Thereafter, they insulted me by telling that “nothing was wrong with the cake but still they can offer us 10% discount on next purchase”. I was take aback as a loyal customer and felt insulted on this petty discount they offered and felt that our evening was worth 10% discounts on some useless cake they sell. No apology on our bad experience, no curtsy to respond to our complaint sincerely. and arrogant response after mucking around for 15 days....
