New Delhi Chhole Bhature — Restaurant in Uttar Pradesh

Dear Readers,

I'm not glad to express my views for the so called "Famous* Delhi Restaurant" in Sadar Bazaar, the dish 'Chole Bhature' served weren't up-to the mark on the scale of Looks, Vision and Flavour.

LOOKS- The looks of any dish should invite & attract you to savour it. Here it was not the case.

VISION- The Famous dish comes from Punjabi origin which includes pumping flavours of Chole. This itself is the soul of the dish.

FLAVOUR - Chole were not at all tasty, as it should be. Infact, the first bite would break your expectations of the taste expected.

The Bhature's were full of oil dripping from them. Bhature are suppose to be fried, but, when served it shouldn't have excessive oil dripping from it, ,(precisely it shall have negligible oil on the inside and outside)

Side lines (salad-onion were stale and smelled, Chutney was super liquidy, pickle was old enough to understand its dryness instantly) Sidelines - onions should be fresh n crisp, Chutney should have pumping taste of coriander n chilli, and pickle also has to be fresh.

Tasty, delicious, & original taste of spicy chole bhature. Do not expect any luxury here , it's a small shop with very limited space for sitting. I am sure you would love the taste of traditional vegetarian meal. 1 plate with 2 bhature and chole costs you ₹50 which is great and affordable.

The original Dilli chole bhature is not the one in the corner (it's the second shop on the street).

Must visit if love street or vegetarian food. You can also pack for home. Very crowded all the time so...

If you are really a spicy food lover than you must visit there. This is very famous shop in the meerut City. Delicious tangy and tasty food are available here. . Must try :- I visited many times but i suggest you some food from menu.

Chole bhature plate just in Rs 50 and the taste was mouthwatering and delicious.

Try aloo tikki chaat 👅 too .

Do not expect any luxury sitting here. Shop is small and congested. So i suggest you to pack the food from home.
