Domino's Pizza | Civil Lines, Gorakhpur — Restaurant in Uttar Pradesh

I have visited this Domino’s outlet multiple times (3-4 times), and each time, there has been some issue or the other. The experience has been consistently disappointing.

Non-Functional AC & Poor Ambience – The air conditioning never works, and on top of that, water leaks from the AC vents, making the place unbearably hot. It genuinely feels like sitting inside an oven.

Limited Menu Availability – Almost every time I visit, the pizza size or type I want is unavailable. For example, if I order a medium-sized pizza with veg extravaganza, they say only the regular size is available. It’s frustrating that they run out of basic options so often.

Poor Food Quality – On the rare occasion that something I want is available, the taste is awful. The pizza sometimes tastes stale, like it’s made with rotten ingredients.

Bad Customer Service – The staff is unresponsive and dismissive. If you complain, they simply say, "That’s all we can do," without trying to resolve the issue.

No Online Payment Option – They don’t even accept online payments, which is highly inconvenient in today’s time.

Overall, this Domino’s branch is a huge disappointment. The lack of proper cooling, frequent unavailability of menu items, poor food quality, and bad customer service make it a place I wouldn’t recommend. Domino’s needs to seriously improve this outlet before customers stop...

My worst experience in Dominos. First thing they kept all the ACs turned off despite all were in working condition when asked staff they said ACs are out of service. Now when I asked about veg menu they said we have only pizza Paratha(so called new innovation but it's maida Paratha nothing else), Pizza Paratha was really a disaster. When I provided this feedback to staff and ask for another thing (zinggy parcel) by paying extra for that, they said its not available despite it was available just bcoz I have given negative feedback as per my opinion. Well, tbh my experience here was a disaster.

The Counter attendants were unattentive and restless despite the fact that the store was almost empty.(Ref. Pics attached)

They were just passing the job of taking the order on each other. Well, they may have their reasons, but even while taking the order showing no interest and not listening the customer properly is Bad.

Also, I got the message on my cell that your order is ready, but had to wait another 8-9 mins to recieve the order. Upon asking the reply was-"Sir, message pehle aata jata hai, abhi your order is being prepared"
